These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZoomFlow and related services provided by tocolabs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using ZoomFlow, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
ZoomFlow is a macOS utility that adds momentum scrolling, kinetic bounce, and pan gestures to any USB or Bluetooth mouse. It is distributed as a direct download for macOS 15 and later.
2. Licence
ZoomFlow is sold as a single-user, perpetual licence. You may install and use the app on your personal Mac. You may not redistribute, sublicence, or sell the app or your licence key.
3. Free Trial
ZoomFlow includes a 7-day free trial with full features. No account or payment card is required to trial the app. After the trial period, a licence must be purchased to continue using the app.
4. Purchases and Billing
Licences are sold through LemonSqueezy. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled under their policies. tocolabs does not process or store your payment details.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring macOS system requirements are met.
6. Updates and Availability
We aim to provide updates for compatibility with new macOS releases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific feature will be maintained indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tocolabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ZoomFlow.
