Afterthought is an offline-first productivity app for Apple Watch and iPhone that captures voice notes and helps route output to destinations you choose.
2. No Account System
Afterthought does not require account registration for core app usage. You are responsible for securing your devices and any external accounts you connect.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are offered as in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled under Apple's policies.
4. Integrations and Third-Party Services
You may connect Apple apps and third-party services from within Afterthought. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
- You agree not to interfere with app operation, security, or integrations.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable law when recording and routing content.
6. Data Hosting and Availability
Afterthought is local-first. tocolabs does not provide customer note hosting for recordings, note content, or transcriptions.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be updated, or be removed over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tocolabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use.
