A quiet iPhone app
Nothings is a low-light space for quiet focus when you wake, with slow movement, sparse words and optional delicate sound.
For iPhone · Works offline · No account
At night, a phone can quickly become bright screens, bad news, endless feeds and more information than you meant to find.
Nothings gives you something small to look at instead: enough gentle focus to meet the moment, without another reason to stay awake.
How it works
A near-black field of particles gives your attention somewhere soft to rest.
Move slowly around the circle to create a quiet flow of light and optional sound.
The words, movement and sound gradually recede.
Low contrast, generous space and nothing bright asking to be opened.
Small movements create a soft, drifting flow through the field.
Extremely quiet synthesized tones, with no continuous music track.
Choose 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, then let the controls fade away.
03 / Designed to recede
Sessions gradually reduce visual contrast, movement, text frequency and sound presence. The app becomes less present over time.
“The goal is not to keep you in the app. The goal is to give your attention somewhere gentle to rest.”
No account is required. Nothings works offline, with its content and sound generated on the device. There is no feed, advertising or social layer.
