Privacy Policy

At tocolabs, we build Ambivuu with a privacy-first approach. The app collects no personal data, no usage data, and no audio content.

1. No Account Requirement

Ambivuu does not require account creation, login credentials, or personal profiles.

2. What Data We Process

None. Ambivuu is a local synthesizer. All audio generation, MIDI input and output, and patch state happens entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to tocolabs or any third party.

3. Audio

Audio is generated and played back locally on your Mac. No recordings are made by the app, and no audio is transmitted off your device.

4. MIDI

MIDI signals are received and sent locally. No MIDI data is stored or transmitted externally.

5. App Settings and Patches

Your patch selections and knob positions are stored locally in your app's sandboxed container. This data never leaves your device.

6. Purchase and Billing

Ambivuu full version unlock is handled by Apple through the App Store. tocolabs does not receive or store payment card data or billing information.

7. Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage. This is entirely separate from the app and does not include any in-app data.
