These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Afterthought app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Afterthought is a productivity tool for capturing and routing voice notes. Features may evolve as we improve reliability and quality.
Afterthought is local-first. Toco Labs does not host or store your customer recordings, notes, or transcriptions on Toco Labs servers.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are provided as in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
3. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for device security and activity linked to your account.
4. Data Location and Third-Party Services
Your content is stored on your devices and/or services you choose to connect. Toco Labs does not provide customer data hosting for your note content.
If you connect third-party services, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Availability and Changes
We aim for dependable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
